Our Deep Cleaning Package is the most thorough cleaning service. The most significant difference between the Deep Cleaning Package and our other cleaning packages is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning what we refer to as your vertical surfaces. Vertical surfaces include baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures, and doors.
Move in/ Move out
Our empty home Move In/Out Cleaning Package is perfect for the homeowner who needs a completely empty home, apartment, or condo cleaned. All reachable vertical and horizontal surfaces shall be cleaned. In the case of an apartment or condo, we are often able to work directly with your property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive your full security deposit.
Spot Cleaning
Our Spot Cleaning Package is ideal for the homeowner or business wanting a one-time clean or spot clean. This cleaning package offers a fixed rate based on the amount of time you would like our cleaning team servicing your home. Our Spot Cleaning Package ranges from 2 to 5 hours. The house cleaning specialists assigned to your home will tackle your cleaning needs in order of importance, as prioritized by you. We will do our best to complete your list, within the time frame you have predetermined.

The Premium Maintenance Cleaning package offers our most detailed cleaning service for customers that desire a thorough home cleaning on a regular basis. Beautiful Restorations will rotate up to two rooms of housework per cleaning through the life of the recurrence. This includes but is not limited to baseboards, doors, blinds, windowsills, cabinets, and drawers. It can be performed on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.

With the Alternating Cleaning Package we are able to alternate your cleaning services between our Premium and Spot cleaning services. This specific cleaning package is best suited for the homeowner who does not require detailed cleaning on a regular basis, but still wishes to receive high quality house cleaning once a week, or every other week.
With this package, our team of Personal House Cleaners will rotate between the Premium and Spot cleaning service packages, performing tasks related to each service during each visit. Please review the descriptions for the Premium and Spot clean packages to fully understand what is offered in each alternating service.
Note: This cleaning package is not available to those who wish to receive our service only once a month. In addition, you are expected to receive at least one Premium service once a month. With this package, you will have a flat rate for each cleaning no matter which of the alternating cleans you receive.

Please be sure to remove clothes and clutter from the floor or from the surfaces that will be cleaned. Also securely put away your jewelry or other small high-valued items as a precaution. Each of our teams bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They will thoroughly clean your home based on the cleaning package you choose. If you have chosen the Premium Cleaning package your team of housekeepers will remove any bed linens and replace with clean linens if left out.

Not at all! It is not necessary for you to be present while your team of professional house cleaners provides your cleaning service. In fact, the majority of our customers are not at home while we clean. You can leave a spare key for us that we will keep in a lock box or provide a garage or door code.
